Questions

What's the difference between Budget and Pro?

Same design and size. Budget has PVC coping and OSB sides. Pro has steel coping and birch sides, which are tougher and handle weather better.

What do the add-ons do?

Sealant protects the wood from moisture so your ramp can live outdoors. Black surface paint covers the ramp in black and includes the sealant. Casters let you roll the ramp out and put it away.

Is it easy to put together?

Extremely. Every hole is pre-drilled. You use the screws we provide and a drill, and screw everything together. One person can do it. The Orbiter takes about 90 minutes. The Moonwalker and The Booster take about an hour each.

Do you provide plans?

Yes. We provide very detailed plans, including an animated YouTube video that walks you through every step.

Can it stay outside?

Yes, as long as it's painted with sealant. Add the sealant or the black surface paint (sealant included) to your ramp when you order.

Do you deliver or ship?

Pickup in Houston is free. Delivery in the Houston area is $75 flat. We also ship outside Houston. Message us with your zip code and we'll send you a freight quote first.

Where can I set it up?

Anywhere flat and level, ideally concrete or pavement: a driveway, a garage slab, a patio, or a backyard pad. Leave flat room in front of the ramp for your run-up.

Can I put two quarter pipes together?

Yes. Face two quarter pipes of the same height toward each other and you have a mini half pipe.

Which ramp is best for a beginner?

Start with the Moonwalker (18 inches) or the Orbiter (17 inches). Both are low and forgiving. The Booster (24 inches) is a good next step. Wear a helmet and pads on all of them.

When do I pay the rest?

Before pickup, delivery, or shipping. We send you an invoice when your ramp is ready. Add-ons are included in that invoice.

How long does a build take?

Your ramp ships, or is ready for pickup, within 7 days of your deposit.

What's your deposit and refund policy?
  • Your $100 deposit holds your ramp and covers materials. It counts toward the total.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of paying: full refund.
  • After 24 hours we start cutting, so the deposit is non-refundable.
  • After delivery, an unused, unassembled ramp in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. You cover return freight, and shipping fees aren't refunded.
  • Ramps that have been assembled, painted, sealed, or ridden can't be returned.
  • Check your ramp when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours, and note it with the driver on shipped orders.
